How to repair broken granite slabs

Several different techniques exist for repairing a broken granite slab. Although granite can break in numerous typical locations during its use as a bathroom vanity, kitchen countertop, or even just as flooring in your home, granite slabs have a very high degree of longevity; they still can be cracked, chipped, or split from either being dropped, incorrectly installed, experiencing thermal shock, or experiencing long-term wear-and-tear.

-Hairline Cracks – Hairline cracks are extremely thin, shallow cracks in the granite that have not separated completely from the slab (meaning the slab’s structural integrity is still sound).
