Method 1
1. After rough grinding the stone to 150 mesh, add the crystal silicon emulsion to the water tank at a ratio of 1:30 with water for water grinding.
2. For 300 mesh to 2000 mesh, add the crystal silicon emulsion to the water tank at a ratio of 1:50 with water for water grinding. Depending on the situation, you can add less or no crystal silicon emulsion; the more emulsion added for different grinding mesh sizes, the better the effect.
3. After grinding, clean and dry. Natural drying or curing at room temperature for more than 24 hours is required before regular stone polishing treatment.
4. The original sealed storage period is three years. After three years, if the protective effect is unchanged through testing, it can still be used.
Method 2
1. The stone must be dry, and the surface should be cleaned to remove dust, oil, or other contaminants. Ensure good ventilation at the construction site.
2. Dilute the crystal silicon emulsion according to the surface with a ratio of original solution: water = 1:10-30, and use spraying, brushing, or soaking methods to evenly coat the surface,
applying in a crisscross pattern without missing any spots. After brushing, there should be a certain amount of crystal silicon on the stone surface for absorption and penetration. For stones with high water absorption, a second coat can be applied after the first coat dries.
3. It is recommended to let it sit for 48 hours for natural curing before contacting water or contaminants.
Precaution
1. Storage temperature should be above 0 degrees Celsius and below 45 degrees Celsius.
2. Avoid contact with skin/eyes; protective measures are recommended.
3. Do not ingest; store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
