TERRAZZO HARDENER

Description:

A product that hardens both stone and concrete to avoid： Whitening and cracking caused by using ordinary concrete hardener. The problem of using ordinary concrete hardener to cause the stone to be shiny but the cement part is low-gloss. Reduce the phenomenon that the color of wearresistant emery floor becomes lighter and white after grinding.

# Usage

Conventional hardening:

1.Grind to 150#, the ground must be clean and dry.

2.Mix the grinding stone hardener with water in a ratio of 1:4, and evenly sprinkle it on the ground after grinding and cleaning. Let the ground stay wet and soak for 30-40 minutes to allow it to penetrate and dry naturally.

3.After the ground is dry, use a 300# resin grinding disc, mix the terrazzo hardener with water in a ratio of 1:10 after grinding, and spray the terrazzo hardener for the second time.

4.After the surface is dry, use 500#, 1000#, 2000# diamond resin grinding discs for comprehensive grinding and polishing of the entire surface.

Hole filling:

1.Grind to 150#, the ground must be clean and dry.

2.Mix the terrazzo hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1, and evenly sprinkle it on the ground. Spread the Brimar repair powder evenly with a hard broom or polishing machine.

3.Wait for 30 minutes.

4.Mix the terrazzo hardener with water in a ratio of 1:2. After mixing, spray the terrazzo hardener for the second time. Use a 300# resin grinding disc to dry grinding and fill the hole at a low speed. Repeat several times until the effect is satisfactory.

5.Continue to use 500#, 1000#, and 2000# diamond resin grinding discs for comprehensive dry grinding.

2.No contact with skin/eyes, protective measures recommended.
